- Abstract
Clostridial diseases are important group of diseases that cause deleterious effects and threating productivity in sheep and goats. It responsible for high mortality and economic losses in small ruminants. The main method for protection against it by vaccination depending on polyvalent vaccines. This study was conducted to evaluate the immune response of three polyvalent vaccines used in veterinary field in Egypt, through measuring of antibodies titers. Twenty sheep were selected in this experiment and divided into 4 groups (A, B and C) plus control one. Each group injected with one vaccine with initial and booster dose. Collected sera were used for estimation of antibodies titers by using of indirect ELISA. The results concluded that vaccines of group A and B induced high immune response in vaccinated sheep in comparison with vaccine of group C
