- Abstract
In order to clarify the composition of fungi in moldy forage corn, the antibacterial effect of lactic acid bacteria on moldy fungi and the effect of delaying moldy of forage corn were discussed. This study used traditional fungal culture methods to treat mold in moldy forage corn. The mutated fungi were separated, and the taxonomic status of cultivable fungi in moldy forage corn was determined by ITS amplicon sequencing; the Oxford cup method was used to evaluate the inhibitory effect of lactic acid bacteria on moldy fungi, and different addition ratios (10%, 20%, 30%) crude extracts of lactic acid bacteria, to explore the delay of the cycle and degree of mildew caused by lactic acid bacteria on feed corn (using parameters such as agglomeration, mildew, mildew, and mold number as observation indicators) The results showed that the fungal species diversity in moldy forage corn is high, and the selection of Aspergillus, Penicillium, Mucor, Fusarium and Geotrichum Genus (Geotri-chum) and other three phylum 5 genera of moldy fungi. Lactobacillus has a good inhibitory effect on various molds in moldy forage corn, especially for Penicillium crustosum (Penicillium crustosum). ) Has the best antibacterial activity, the diameter of the inhibition zone can reach (16.54±0.23) mm, and the worst antibacterial activity against Geotrichum candidum (Geotrichum candidum), and the diameter of the inhibition zone is only (9.26±0.16) mm, but all were significantly (P<0.05) higher than the control group. Adding crude extracts of lactic acid bacteria with different addition ratios to the forage corn, there was no obvious mildew phenomenon within 10 days. At d, there was a significant difference in the degree of mildew between the treatment groups and the control group. In addition, with the increase in the addition ratio of the crude extract of lactic acid bacteria, the degree of mildew on the forage corn gradually decreased. In the treatment group with the addition ratio of 30%, The fungal colony is only (9.28±0.59)×107 CFU·g-1. In short, there are rich types of fungi in moldy forage corn, and there are many toxin-producing molds; the use of lactic acid bacteria can effectively inhibit moldy fungi and slow down feeding. The cycle and degree of mildew in corn.
