- Abstract
The article discusses research on the effect of lowering stress-activated protein kinases and c-Jun N-Terminal kinase on the release of cytokine and activation of signal transducers and activators of transcription (STAT3) in fibroblasts of patients with psoriasis. Topics cited include the differences in the production of interleukin 6 and 8, the signalling pathways between healthy and psoriatic fibroblasts, and the effect of amino acid residue phosphorylation on STAT3 transcriptional activity.
