- Abstract
The article offers information on the increasing Foreign Direct Investment (FDI's) to Morocco. A French newspaper, Le Monde, reported that FDI's in Morocco should reach one billion U.S. dollar in 2007. FDI is an economic strategy of large enterprises in which they operate outside of their economy, it is an acquisition of interest by a foreign enterprise by operating in another country. FDI's operate by putting up Transnational Company (TNC), a process wherein a foreign affiliate and a parent enterprise joined together to operate in a single business. It is mentioned that FDI's in Morocco is an important factor in the development of the country.
