URANIUM: Africa.
- Abstract
The article reports on the increasing uranium projects by Mining companies in Africa. The move gives the continent a chance to recapture its top production ranking. Steve Kidd, director of strategy and research at the World Nuclear Association in London, said that over the next two years, looking at prospective mines around the world that are going to come into production, output is definitely moving quite strongly. Moreover, potential growth would come from UraMin Inc. and AngloGold Ashanti.
