- Abstract
The article focuses on the Florida Legislation, under which the physicians would not be allowed to inquire their patients about gun ownership. It states that according to Mike McLively, staff attorney at the Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence in San Francisco, California, 14 other states in the U.S. are considering to implement the legislation. It states that physicians are concerned about possession of guns by patients, as firearms have been involved in large cases of homicides.
