- Authors
BARLAS, STEPHEN; JOSEPH, HAYDEN T.; WILLIAMS, KATHY
- Abstract
The article presents the results of a Hudson professional staffing survey of over 2800 U.S. workers regarding their attitudes about outsourcing. Sixty-six percent of those polled felt that outsourcing was more of a threat to the U.S. economy than to themselves. A study conducted by Ventana Research found that 64% of executives surveyed still do their annual budgets with spreadsheets. The article presents other findings of the research and offers suggestions for successful budgeting and planning.
