- Abstract
A case study of 78 year-old woman is presented with a history of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma on maintenance rituximab. Topics include examines she was presented with new, bulky inguinal adenopathy, clinically suspicious for Richter transformation and considered a right inguinal lymph node excisional biopsy was performed, which showed widespread architectural effacement by small mature appearing lymphocytes with extensive areas of necrosis.
