Bridging Difference: John Slatin Changed Everything.
- Authors
Hernandez, Lisa Justine
- Abstract
The author recalls how doctor John Slatin made an influence on her perception about Chicana feminist literature. She recalls that Slatin helped her in her dissertation on Chicana feminist literature in which she was able to include an online web chapter named CONNECTed Voices. She adds that working with Slatin in the Computer Writing and Research Lab (CWRL) at the University of Texas at Austin also helped her create an online searchable database for such literature. The database is part of the project This Bridge Called Cyberspace.
