The article focuses on the impact of postmodernism on legal thoughts related to reforms in environmental policy in the U.S. Topics discussed include the importance of cost-benefit analysis (CBA) in the environmental law and its opposition by environmental postmodernists, the need of changing the environmental policies for preventing climatic changes, and the role of postmodernism in defining the critical race theory.
