In the article, the author discusses the top 10 leadership lessons that law school deans can learn from the COVID-19 pandemic in the U.S. by citing his experiences. Among the lessons are listening to one's instinct and the right people like fellow deans and business leaders, practicing one's core values, leveraging relationships, and gathering as much information as possible for decision making purposes.
