The article offers information on the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Janus Capital Group Inc. v. First Derivative Traders, in which the court statutorily interprets the allegations in scheme liability as well as misrepresentations in the U.S. It informs that the court established court rulings regarding Section 1O(b) and Rule 1Ob-5 under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 to support plaintiffs in bringing civil claims against corporate fraudulent conduct.
