- Abstract
The article discusses a court case Bond v. United States under the Tenth Amendment of the Constitution of the U.S. with respect to the decision of the Supreme Court of the country regarding the case. The litigation was on the violation of Tenth Amendment with respect to the federal laws of the country. Information on the focus of the Tenth Amendment in securing the freedom of individuals in the country is also presented.
