Abstract
The article reports on the completion of the case involving the custody of an Indian child named Vincent M. In the case, the California Court of Appeals for the Sixth District held that the Superior Court of Santa Cruz County, California, erred when it refused to apply provisions of the Indian Child Welfare Act in determining the parental rights of a mother and father.
