- Abstract
The article provides information for teachers on the talent recognition among students through a strength-based teaching and learning approach in New Zealand. Being regarded as a business model and commonly used in social work disciplines, The Gallup Organization conducted research to develop said approach as an educational concept. The approach involves identification of talents, development of students' strengths, seeking of opportunities, and application of strengths for growth and success.
