- Abstract
The article discusses the methods to safely remove the Essure hysteroscopic sterilization device due to its possible adverse health effects on women like heavy bleeding, allergic reaction and pelvic pain. Also cited are the decision of Bayer AG to stop selling the device in the U.S. by end of 2018, as well as other topics like tubouterine anastomosis, proximal tubal occlusion, and such medical conditions as cornual fibroids, endometritis, and chronic salpingitis.
