- Abstract
The article discusses the thermodynamic analysis of PhoRpp38 multifunctional RNA-binding protein in Pyrococcus horikoshii OT3 hyperthermophilic archaeon. Thermodynamic analysis has revealed the interaction of PhoRpp38 and PhopRNA with 1.56 x 107 million (M)-1. It adds that PhoRpp38 binds the structures of two stem-loop in PhopRNA with approximate equal affinity.
