The article presents a study on the interactions between diacylglycerol acyltransferase (DGAT) and its interacting ligands. It mentions that surface plasmon resonance (SPR) analysis on Saccharomyces cerevisiae is used to measure the interactions of DGAT. It notes that SPR systems recognize DGAT inhibitors among organic compounds.
