- Abstract
The article presents a study regarding the protective capacities of quercetin against oxidative damage to embryonic spermatogonial cells introduced with 4-nitro-3-phenylphenol (PNMMP). It states that the study used chicken spermatogonial cells induced with PNMPP sourced from diesel exhaust and quercetin at the same time for 48 hours. Results of the study revealed that PNMPP reduced the viability of spermatogonial cells. However, it concludes that quercetin restores cells damaged with PNMMP.
