- Abstract
The article presents a research on the characterization and purification of a novel thermostable extracellular protein tyrosine phosphatase from the entomopahotenic fungus Metarhizium anisopliae. The molecular mass and isoelectric point of the purified enzyme were found to be about 82.5 kDa and 9.5 respectively. The results of the purification are discussed.
