- Abstract
The article explains the lack of relief for parents who incurred financial losses due to the care needed by their child adversely affected by vaccines under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act in the U.S. Topics discussed include the importance of mitigating the financial consequences facing vaccination-compliant parents, the aim of the Act to protect the vaccine recipients and producers, and inconsistency of the definition of expense in the Act with its compensation scheme.
