The author reflects on the ethical dimension of leadership. He reflects on the doctoral level class that he had at the University of San Diego to a group of Canadian administrators. The author encourages people to continue to be the ethical leaders of the classrooms and to help the students develop moral perspectives on the world through the study of literature and language.
