- Abstract
This article discusses the chemical composition and antibacterial and antifungal activities of essential oils derived from the rhizome and aerial part of Conamomum vietnamense, a rare plant found in Vietnam. The essential oils were extracted and analyzed, revealing the presence of various compounds. The antimicrobial effects of the oils were tested, and it was found that the rhizome oil showed stronger activity against bacterial and fungal strains compared to the aerial part oil. The study provides valuable information on the potential biological activities of Conamomum vietnamense essential oils.
