- Abstract
This article provides a summary of three different studies conducted over the past 25, 50, and 75 years. The first study focuses on adult splenic injuries and attempts to identify predictive factors for conservative treatment. The second study examines factors that determine whether a patient with a fractured proximal femur can return to the community or requires institutional care. The third study discusses the use of angiography in diagnosing delayed traumatic rupture of the spleen. The article also briefly mentions a study on the diagnosis of abdominal aortic aneurysms. Overall, these studies provide valuable insights into various medical conditions and treatment approaches.
