- Abstract
In view of the potential problems that tape shedding, local instability and incongruity of various lifting equipment during attitude conversion of the large aircraft in the past, a novel method of attitude conversion and control for structural strength test of the large aircraft was s proposed. The displacement lifting device and the full floating support platform were designed to ensure the aircraft attitude conversion system safe and reliable. Based on the coordinated loading control system, a multi-point coordinated displacement lifting control scheme was proposed to realize the smooth attitude transition and precise control of aircraft. The real-time measurement algorithm of aircraft attitude was researched, and a visual monitoring system was developed to realize real-time monitoring of multi-dimensional variables of aircraft attitude. Through the all-factor test, the rationality of the proposed method was verified. The test results show that the attitude conversion process of a large aircraft realizes multi-dimensional visual monitoring, which improves the efficiency by about 35% compared with the traditional method, and the reliability and safety are greatly improved.
