- Abstract
The paper deals with the information obtained from the biogeographical analyzes conducted in the specially protected Ilisu State Nature Reserve in the northwestern region of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Based on the biogeographic composition of the research area, the bioecological characteristics of certain species of flora, fauna, and fungi are studied as an example. The problem the continuous study the biodiversity of these specially protected areas. It is important to collect scientific information related to this topical issue and publish it in the form of articles in both local and international journals. We studied some of the fauna, flora, and fungi that spread in this area, and bioecologically analyzed some of their representatives (Dendrocopos major, Coccinella septempunctata L., Chelidonium majus L., Rosa arvensis Huds, Polyphylla fullo, Mantis religiosa, lecanora garovaglioi, Xanthoria parietina, Phyllactinia guttata wallr.). All systematic, phytogeographical, zoogeographical analyzes are given in thepaper.
