- Abstract
The article focuses on the application of Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution on mobile phones in light of the U.S. Supreme Court case Riley v. California. Topics discussed include role of the Fourth Amendment in showing the unconstitutionality of searching personal electronic devices, role of the Fourth Amendment in signifying the importance of search warrants, and constitutionality of warrantless searches in case of exigent circumstances.
