- Authors
HILGERT, Jeffrey
- Abstract
The article focuses on a comparative-historical study of the International Labour Organization's (ILO) approach to occupational safety and health (OSH) as fundamental rights and it emphasizes economic preconditions to a contemporary perspective amid global health uncertainties. It reports that despite historical precedence, OSH has resurged as a crucial issue, advocating for the integration of OSH policy into economic, educational, and social policies.
