A literary criticism of the book "A Hare With The Face of a Child" by Laura Conti is presented. It outlines the description of events related to the 1976 Seveso disaster that leads to release of toxin dioxin with illustration of social inequities. It examines econarratology approaches of Conti in depiction of narratives that leads to merger of cognitive and contextualist narratologies.
