- Title
MENTAL HEALTH IN MEDICAL STUDENTS AND DOCTORS‐IN‐TRAINING (DIT).
- Abstract
The article focuses on assessing the mental health status and prevalence of psychological distress and burnout among Australian medical students and doctors-in-training (DiT). It is reported that through a scoping review, 24 studies were identified, with a majority focusing on DiT, particularly interns and residents in surgical training programs. It is further noted that findings reveal greater psychological distress among medical students compared to the general population.
