The article presents a case study of a 14-year-old boy who presented 3-week history of painful, bleeding lesions in his mouth. Multiple hemorrhagic and necrotic plaques were detected on his buccal mucosa and tongue upon dermatologic examination. Patient was further diagnosed with oral actinomycosis. The article discusses oral actinomycosis, indicating Penicillin G as the drug of choice for the condition.
