The article presents a case study of a 12-year-old male patient with unilateral hearing loss for 1 year. Examinations showed a pink, soft mass with margins that occluded the lumen of the left external auditory canal (EAC) and a lesion in it, and a diagnosis of hemangioma in the EAC was made. The patient underwent surgical resection, with the mass reduced by suction, because of hearing loss.
