- Abstract
The article offers information the scope, purpose and significance of implications of the Defence Advisory (DA) Notice system for the U.S. media. It informs that the DA-Notice system is a legal regulatory framework operated and applied by the British Government to regulate and control the British media and journalists reporting about national security. It reports that the DA-Notice is a substitute to the Official Secrets Act regarding their failure to control the press.
