- Abstract
This research project aims to underline the positive and negative aspects regarding the quality of the process of accessing EU funds in Romanian's economy basic sectors: public and private. The papers concentrate the results of a research project realized in the early period of 2015, namely here as time elapsed between march to may 2015, based on the public data available on the Romanian Department of European Funds, public data that reveals the truly values of the national quantity of nonrefundable funds accession. The first act established by this work being the partition of the whole mass of potential beneficiaries into 8 large categories of entities eligible to sustain such a policy. For each category, the research identified two key indicators that figure the throw of quality regarding the procedures and results obtained during the process. The final purpose is to underline the relationship between the quality of the result realized by each type of management, measured by the paper and the quality of management as a whole system in Romania, being very known the fact that a good regional and national development equals with a higher management performance.
