- Abstract
The right to education is fundamental for human development, as well as for the realization of personality rights. In this sense, the article proposes to analyze the legal education in Brazil, given its importance in the social conjecture for the Democratic State. As in regular education, legal education lacks investment in technology to train jurists who have contact with technology and practice, so much so that the National Curricular Directive (DCN) of Resolution 5/2018 was triggered, forcing simulated practice in Law courses. In this way, the work will also analyze some of the platforms currently available, pointing out their benefits and challenges. The method used was the literature review, through the analysis of doctrine, legislation and legal software available on the market, whose objective remained to point out that in practical relevance, the student's contact with simulators is essential since this is the reality of the courts.
