- Abstract
The article focuses on the partnership involving all sectors of the community, particularly the public-private partnership, in fighting against global human trafficking. It examines the partnership's legal construct and highlights the dynamic of private-public partnership. Moreover, it explores the laws and provisions which advocate for collaborative efforts to eradicate human trafficking and offers recommendations promoting justice against trafficking in persons.
