The article presents case studies of male patients with muscle invasive bladder cancer. The studies emphasize the development of neobladder-enteric fistula, a rare complication of orthotopic neobladder. The first case focuses on a 67-year-old man who passed through radical cystectomy, while the second case concentrates on a 70-year-old man who underwent ileal orthotopic pouch neobladder reconstruction.
