The article presents information on the sex offenders and the restrictions opposed on their residency in different states of the U.S. It mentions the restriction imposed on the offenders from approaching a defined areas allotted for children by the states or municipalities. The issues related to their interactions with children and the infringement of their right to substantive due process are also discussed.
