- Abstract
The article focuses on divorce cases in Utah involving stalking injunction filing because of the use of private investigators in these cases. Topics discussed include the stalking injunction law of Utah that requires the victim to have suffered emotional distress, court case Miller v. Brooks, in which a man sued his estranged wife and private investigator on the basis of use of hidden surveillance in the home, and case Oliverson v. West Valley City that involved wiretapping of phone calls.
