- Abstract
The article presents a study on the phenological response of cotton mealybug (Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley) (Sternorrhyncha: Pseudococcidae) to the three hosts plants. It says that a series of experiments were performed to examine the bionomics of P. solenopsis on the three of host plats. It also mentions that the effect of tested host plants on the possibility and fecundity of asexual reproduction were examined. Results showed that the tested host plants has an important effect on the development time of female and male nymphal instars of P. solenopsis.
