The article discusses the historical aspects of access to justice in Minnesota as of 2012, and it mentions the state's Constitution, the legal rights of Minnesotans, and several state constitutional law-related cases. Statutes passed by the Minnesota Legislature are addressed, along with the history of the state's court system and the concept of a right to simple justice in Minnesota. State funding for the justice administration system is examined, along with budgetary concerns.
