The article presents a case study of a 47-year-old man who diagnosed with cerebral autosomal dominant arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts and leukoencephalopathy (CADASIL) after suffering from acute onset dysarthria. It discusses the medical and family history of the man, the diagnosis and treatment methods conducted for his condition, and the study about the condition.
