- Abstract
This article presents a case study of a 66-year-old male who presented during bortezomib treatment for refractory Waldenström macroglobulinaemia with new onset generalized tonic-clonic seizures and altered mental status. The man's symptoms indicated a reaction to the immunosuppressant bortezomib. Prompt recognition of the problem through MRI imaging, removal of the offending agent, and management of hypertension can reverse the symptoms.
