The problems associated with CG are the link of CG to capital markets, the owners' influence on the corporate activities and setting of performance indicators and incentives for managers. It explores the effectiveness of applying the ideal systems and Anglo-American centrism on CG. It cites the CG differences between advanced and in transition economies.
