NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT MUSEUM NEWS.
- Abstract
The National Construction Equipment Museum had a successful viewing event for the April eclipse, attracting viewers due to its location in the path of totality. The museum also welcomed new volunteers, including Charlie Scherer with 30 years of service. Various donations were made to the museum, including a power unit, seats, and scraps from Miller Brothers Construction Inc, as well as a marble desk centerpiece and models from other donors. Volunteers Dave Brainard and John Sams purchased a Case W-30 wheel loader for snow clearing in the winter. Apologies were made for previous errors in names and a reminder was given about the option of gifting a life membership to honor someone.
