Abstract
The article reports on the toxic spill incident in Vietnam caused by chemical release from the Formosa Ha Tinh Steel Corporation factory which affected the central eastern Vietnam coast line. Topics include the reference to the toxic chemical release into the South China Sea which made its way to Vietnam's coast line, compensation for marine environmental repair stated by Vietnamese minister chairman Mai Tien Dung as well as the apologies from Formosa president Chen Yuan-Cheng.
