Title
"Electrospray" droplets give up their secrets.
Abstract
The article reports that chemical engineers at the Purdue University in Lafayette, Indiana have developed a model of the procedure where droplets are formed when liquids are exposed to electric fields. Researchers claim that the phenomenon can be used for various processes, ranging from industrial painting, analytical chemistry, to the production of nanoparticles. They add that the technology can have a wide-ranging impact because of its wide application in industry.
