The article offers information on the court case Fisher v. Texas related to racial considerations in admission process of a public university and discusses the role of the U.S. Supreme Court's judgment in promoting diversity and privileging strict colorblindness in the admissions process at the University of Texas. It mentions that the court should promote cultural and racial diversity in educational institutions for permitting good faith deviations.
