- Abstract
The article reports on the role of volunteers and nonprofit organizations in preventing ethical scandals by establishing ethical frameworks in the U.S. An organization, wherein individuals have their different values and behavior, faces the challenge of achieving effective ethical frameworks. A study on strategies used by nonprofit organizations including the Tennessee Technological University, First United Methodist Church, Second Harvest Food Bank, and Boy Scouts of America were also presented.
