- Abstract
Taking ultra-high performance concrete as the research object, the development law of the properties of ultra-high performance concrete used to prepare foamed concrete from the perspectives of foaming agent, slurry basicity and foam stabilizer was studied. The results show that with the increase of aluminum powder content, the dry density and mechanical properties of the specimens gradually decrease. When the aluminum powder content is 0.20%, the decrease of dry density is not significant, while the decrease of mechanical properties is large. Proper incorporation of 5% calcium carbide slag can improve the mechanical properties of specimens, while maintaining no significant change in dry density. With the increase of sodium carbonate content, the dry density and mechanical properties of the specimens increased significantly, which was not suitable for improving the alkalinity of slurry. With the increase of calcium stearate content, the dry density and mechanical properties of ultra-high performance foamed concrete are slightly improved, but not significantly.
